One perfect example of my potential to contribute is my most recent position as Graphic Designer with Hybrid Media Design. At Hybrid Media, I developed an awareness of current trends in the design world and learned to make it my goal to stay ahead of these trends with original and innovative thinking and designs. In addition to improving my ability to remain current and knowledgeable, I sharpened my aptitude for being meticulously attentive to detail and maintaining a directed and organized work ethic. I learned to become a much more confident designer from managing staff artists and their work products. This experience helped me become a much more well-rounded designer and manager. While this position allowed me to grow as a designer and team leader, I still realize that I have more to learn. I have come to realize that I am always pushing to create new and engaging designs of greater quality and skill than my previous work.

Additional evidence of my desire to improve and succeed is demonstrated by my completion of The Los Angeles Film School curriculum. This was done while maintaining a full work schedule. I learned film editing in my studies, opening my eyes to new possibilities and opportunities as a graphic designer. It was because of my education that I suggested to the owner of Hybrid Media that we expand our services to include video editing and other forms of marketing, such as commercials and motion graphics, in order to widen our customer base and increase our potential to serve every client's need. We successfully expanded our service list and have completed several projects for clients that included graphic design work, print media, web design, and commercial as well as motion graphics.
